Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
BILEXHAN DECOR LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
You may file a claim directly with the carrier.
