1. When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


3. How do I track my order?

After your order ships, a tracking link will be emailed to you.
If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@laquedecraft.com.


4. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States.

5. What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, BILEXHAN DECOR LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
You may file a claim directly with the carrier.


6. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

7. Do you accept exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


8. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
We will replace or refund the item at no cost.


9. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be canceled or changed before they are shipped.

Yes — some items can be customized depending on availability.
