The tray exceeded my expectations. It is a beautiful hand-made item, well-crafted with high grade materials. The mother of pearl inlay is lovely, and the woven bamboo tray edge is nicely crafted. Your purchase will support a collective of rural Vietnamese women who are clearly gifted artisans. The tray also includes a woven coaster and bamboo drinking straw with a bristle brush cleaner. Excellent value for the price of the tray.

I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this tray is! It looks hand crafted and very elegant. I believe it is hand crafted by women artisans in Vietnam. The shell inlay on the surface of the tray has a shimmer but is very sturdy and strong. I am using it on a padded bench that I use as a coffee table and can easily put my drink of coffee cup on it. I happened to purchase this tray when it was 50 percent off so it was an absolute steal! I am thinking of purchasing a few more and putting them away for Christmas gifts. It would make a wonderful and unique gift item. If you're on the fence, definitely do it! You won't regret it!

I use this in my living room on top of the ottoman. Works great to put my coffee on in morning
